There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHJR 27(MLV) was read the third time. Representative Kerttula moved and asked unanimous consent that she be allowed to abstain from voting due to a conflict of interest. Objection was heard, and Representative Kerttula was required to vote. The question being: "Shall CSHJR 27(MLV) pass the House?"
